We've had a strategy for making this place as productive as possible and we've been building new gardens like crazy, haven't jhad top buy greens for over a year, but at lunch today we passed another threshold.
The dressing was a butter sauce with almonds and the juice and zest of a homegrown lemon.
The rest of the meal came from the garden.
