George Nemeth over at Brewed fresh Daily gave me a little drive-by after spotting the CRM is a Crock posting. His response:
Probably easier to change the organization’s culture…My retort
Probably easier to change the culture in a petri dish
By the way, George's Blog is shortened to BFD, does that mean where he is what it means where I am?
Just wondering. I like his sense of humour anyway, but to enshrine it in his blog name confirms it.

One problem I regularly face with my crm is the categories work well for sales, but not for relationship building that is not always sales centric.
When a software package does sales in the traditional sense and relationship management on a broader sense, I will be much happier. (If it is also easy to use.)

Try customized groupings of RSS feeds in an easy to use aggregator/reader. a good and honest blog about what a company does (with comments and effective responses to those comments, and the newest version of something like Maximizer .. that's probably all you need for really effective CRM
